Joining our childcare family is simple. Follow these steps to get started:
All families must complete the Texas Childcare Admission Form before your child's first day. Download the form below, complete it, and return it to FLIP CCLC.

Free Childcare
Free childcare may be available for your family through state and local assistance programs.
Child Care Management Services
Eligible families may qualify for state-assisted childcare through CCMS.
Texas Education Freedom Accounts
TEFA may provide funding to help cover educational expenses, including eligible Pre-K programs.
TEFA Pre-K Eligibility
Children ages 3–5 may qualify for TEFA-funded Pre-K programs if they meet certain eligibility requirements.
Free Pre-K Program
We offer a free Pre-K program designed to prepare children for kindergarten through structured learning and social development.
